Postnatal Core in English

Postnatal training will focus on deep muscle connectivity.

 

For general strengthening we use Pilates, so the muscles are built up with the deep muscles right from the start.

 

In addition to the training, you will receive exercises and valuable everyday tips for the time after birth.

The following topics will be covered:
- Pelvic floor
- abdominal wall
- diastasis recti
- Diaphragm and breathing
- Pelvic floor and posture in everyday life
- Exercises for home

Child care available for private lessons
